Aveley Farms Coffee Roasters – The Roastery is a specialty coffee roastery and café located at 9490 Deereco Road in Timonium, Maryland, founded by Corey Voelkel and originally established in Baltimore’s Harbor East neighborhood in 2019 before relocating its flagship to Towson in 2022. The Timonium location operates as a collaborative concept alongside Diamondback Brewing Company, combining Aveley’s roastery and café with a brewery, taproom, and pizza kitchen to serve the Baltimore County community. Aveley sources high-quality, sustainably grown single-origin coffees directly from producers around the world — including farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Costa Rica — and roasts them locally daily for its café, wholesale accounts, and coffee subscription service.
