Glasser Coffee Co. is a craft coffee shop located at 589 Washington Street in the Oak Square neighborhood of Brighton, Boston, MA, founded by Alex Kim and opened in February 2021. Kim, a restaurant industry veteran who previously helped launch Coreanos in Allston, built out the shop himself over nine months, hand-crafting details like cement countertops and a greenhouse cabinet, and styled the space around a 1970s vintage aesthetic. The shop serves espresso-based beverages, specialty lattes, teas sourced from Smith Tea in Portland, coffee from Syracuse-based Peaks Coffee Company, and an in-house breakfast menu featuring breakfast tacos, sandwiches, bowls, and French pastries — all made on-site.
