Madhouse Cafe

Madhouse Café is a community-centered coffee shop located at 24 Blue Hill Avenue in Roxbury, Boston, opened in 2022 as an extension of Madhouse Motors — the city’s iconic motorcycle repair shop. The café serves specialty coffee drinks alongside Lebanese-inspired fare, including fatayer hand pies, beef kibbeh, lamejun, and housemade baklava made from family recipes. Quickly recognized as a neighborhood hub and the only coffee shop in the area, Madhouse Café has earned accolades including Boston Magazine’s “Best New Café” and “Best Coffee Shop,” while partnering with local businesses like Broadsheet Coffee, MEM Tea, and Bay Sweets to further its mission of building community connection in Roxbury.
