Bitty & Beau’s Coffee

Founded in 2016 by Amy and Ben Wright — parents of children with Down syndrome and autism — Bitty & Beau’s Coffee is a specialty coffee shop and human rights movement dedicated to employing people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, who face an unemployment rate exceeding 80% nationwide. The brand employs 450+ individuals with disabilities across its locations and has received national recognition, including founder Amy Wright being named 2017 CNN Hero of the Year. The Cambridge location is situated at 350 Water Street and is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
