Founded in 2016, Smokestack Roasters is an organic specialty coffee roaster, café, and bakery located at 39 Massachusetts Ave in Lunenburg, Massachusetts. The spacious café — housed in a converted industrial warehouse — hand-roasts single-origin, fair-trade organic coffee daily on-site, and offers an in-house bakery with scratch-made pastries, a wide selection of loose-leaf teas, and extensive vegan and gluten-free options. Committed to sustainability, the business sources from organizations dedicated to fair practices and environmental responsibility, uses fully compostable bags and recycled packaging, and serves as an active community gathering space, hosting local events and operating a mobile coffee bar in addition to a walk-up location in Princeton, MA.
