Del’s Coffee Roasters

Del’s Coffee Roasters is a small-batch specialty coffee roaster founded by Paul “Del” Delmonico, located at 100 Felton St., Suite 105 in downtown Waltham, MA. Born out of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Del transitioned from a 20-year career in capital equipment to pursue his passion for coffee, launching the business by delivering home-roasted beans to neighbors by bicycle. The roastery offers fair trade, organic, single-origin, and blended coffees available for retail and wholesale, and engages the local community through weekly tastings and hands-on roasting experiences.
