Owl Eye Coffee Roasters

Owl Eye Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roasting business and café founded in 2019 by Aaron Fekete, a Cadillac native who returned to his hometown with his wife Jin after years of global coffee industry experience, including time spent in Uganda at the coffee-growing slopes of Mount Elgon. Located at 317 N. Mitchell St. in downtown Cadillac, MI, the business began as a wholesale roasting operation before expanding into a full café with support from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation’s Match on Main grant program. Driven by a mission to steward the community into a deeper appreciation for specialty coffee, Owl Eye sources and roasts ethically obtained beans and has grown into a beloved gathering spot for locals and travelers alike.
