Sabbath Coffee Roasters

Founded in 2015 by husband-and-wife team Trevor and Miranda Graham, Sabbath Coffee Roasters is a specialty small-batch coffee roaster and café located at 24 E. 14 Mile Road in downtown Clawson, Michigan. The couple launched the business after discovering a shared passion for roasting their own beans — starting with a home roaster in their apartment — and ultimately opened their brick-and-mortar roastery and café, accelerating the build-out when both lost their jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Sabbath sources ethically grown, sustainable beans from farms around the world, roasts them in-house daily, and has earned recognition as one of Detroit’s “Best of” coffee destinations, while also serving as a wholesale coffee supplier to the broader region.
