Lexington Coffee Co. is a locally owned roasting company and coffee house located at 5533 Main St. in the heart of downtown Lexington, Michigan. The shop roasts its own beans fresh on-site and serves a full menu of coffees, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty creations daily from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM (closed Tuesdays). In addition to its café space, Lexington Coffee Co. also offers an Airbnb suite above the shop and sells its freshly roasted beans online, making it a true community staple on Michigan’s Lake Huron shoreline.
