Minnesota Coffee Roasting Company

Minnesota Coffee Roasting Company is a micro-roaster of specialty coffees from around the world, founded in 2006 by Matt Knott and located at 207 N. Sibley Ave. in historic downtown Litchfield, Minnesota. The company carefully samples and profiles each coffee from top global growing regions, sourcing organically grown and Rainforest Alliance Certified beans whenever available. In January 2025, Hans and Danielle Hoeg purchased the business, carrying on its long-standing tradition of locally roasted, farm-certified specialty coffee.
