Càphin Minneapolis – Linden Hills is a Vietnamese coffee shop located at 4503 France Avenue South in Minneapolis’s Linden Hills neighborhood, founded by husband-and-wife team Savio and Jenny Nguyen, second-generation Vietnamese-Americans who began the concept as a mobile coffee trailer before opening their brick-and-mortar café in February 2024. The shop specializes in 100% Vietnamese-grown robusta and arabica beans, serving traditional drinks such as Cà Phê Sữa Đá (iced coffee with sweetened condensed milk) and Cà Phê Trứng (Vietnamese egg coffee) using authentic brewing methods, with a mission to honor Vietnamese heritage and culture while sharing it with the broader Minneapolis community.
