Cosmic Coffee

Cosmic Coffee is a locally owned neighborhood coffee shop located at 3301 Central Ave NE in the Waite Park neighborhood of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Founded by Waite Park resident Dusty Wahl, the shop opened in February 2022 in a corner café space and is run as a one-person operation, with Wahl serving as owner, barista, and cook. The shop serves espresso drinks, breakfast sandwiches, and breakfast burritos — sourcing pastries from nearby local bakeries and coffee from Minneapolis-based Vitality Roasting — and is known for its welcoming, community-first atmosphere, affordable prices, and a dog-friendly patio space designed to bring the neighborhood together.
