Hola Coffee

Hola Coffee is a Latina and woman-owned specialty coffee shop located at 326 Central Ave SE in the Northeast Minneapolis neighborhood, founded by Vanessa Palestino and launched in early 2024. The business began as an online coffee bean retailer, expanded to a mobile espresso cart, and grew into a brick-and-mortar café serving espresso-based drinks, Mexican hot chocolate, empanadas, and pastries. Hola Coffee sources single-origin beans exclusively from micro-farmers across Latin America, with a mission to support women and Latino communities through ethically sourced coffee.
