Happy Monday & Co is a café and boutique retail shop located at 2420 Cleveland Avenue North in Roseville, Minnesota, founded by longtime friends Justin Bloom and Josiah Davie. Starting as a coffee and pottery pop-up in 2023, the business opened its permanent brick-and-mortar location on September 14, 2024, serving locally roasted coffee from Silverbird Roasting, house-made syrups, pastries, and a curated selection of locally made goods including handmade pottery, Spirit Tea, and artisan retail. The shop is rooted in community connection, aiming to cultivate curiosity and bring people together through quality drinks, unique retail, and vibrant events across the Twin Cities.
