B-Side Indie Music Cafe

B-Side Indie Music Cafe is a nonprofit coffee shop and all-ages live music venue located at 27 7th Ave N in downtown St. Cloud, Minnesota, operating as a branch of the Independent Music Collaborative of Central Minnesota and the permanent home of Project 37. The cafe is dedicated to providing a safe, sober space where community members of all ages can enjoy and perform live music, inspired by the legacy of the beloved Java Joint, a former downtown teen venue that once served a similar purpose. In addition to hosting a wide range of live performances — from punk rock to singer-songwriter nights — B-Side is also a partner of the annual Common Roots Festival and plays an active role in the broader cultural revitalization of downtown St. Cloud.
