Korppi Coffee + Bakeshop is a locally owned café and bakeshop located at 71 County Road 120, Suite 400, on the north side of St. Cloud, Minnesota, opened in October 2021 by owners Laura Wolfram and Kayla Adams. The shop serves a full line of espresso beverages, coffees, teas, and housemade baked goods — with a focus on whole-food, organic, and locally sourced ingredients, including eggs from Forgotten Flavors, a regenerative farm in Cold Spring, MN. Known for its inclusive, welcoming atmosphere and community-centered values, Korppi has become a neighborhood hub guided by the principles of kindness, integrity, and intentionality.
