Cultivate Coffee Project is a specialty café located at 800 Manship Street in the Belhaven Town Center in Jackson, Mississippi, born from a collaboration between Northshore Specialty Coffee and Fertile Ground Beer Co., which officially opened on March 22, 2025. The café offers globally sourced, locally roasted coffee alongside traditional espresso drinks, signature beverages like Nitro Coffee crafted with Fertile Ground beer ingredients, and a rotating menu of innovative seasonal offerings. With a spacious, welcoming atmosphere designed for community gathering — from morning coffee to evening craft beer — Cultivate Coffee Project is rooted in a mission to bring people together and foster connection in one of Jackson’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
