Founded in 2017 by musician and entrepreneur Ezra Brown, Soulé Coffee + Bubble Tea is a specialty café located in the Fondren neighborhood at 2943 Old Canton Rd, Jackson, MS, serving crafted espresso drinks, matcha, bubble teas, and refreshers in a tech-forward, cashless self-order environment. Brown’s vision goes beyond beverages — rooted in his experiences as a world traveler, he built Soulé to be a creative hub and community gathering space, with live music, art-adorned interiors, and programming aimed at inspiring young creators in Mississippi.
