Manuscript Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster and café located at 410 W Oak St in Laurel, Mississippi, founded by Wesley Walton, a South Mississippi native who began his coffee journey as a barista in Oxford in 2016 and traveled extensively across the U.S. to master the craft of roasting high-grade coffee. The business is committed to sourcing and roasting exceptional specialty coffees while telling the story of the farmers and workers behind each bean — from seed to cup. In addition to its welcoming storefront café, Manuscript offers retail bags, a monthly coffee subscription service, and has made its products available at local establishments and area grocery stores.
