Toasty Goat Coffee Co. is a locally owned, family-friendly coffee shop and roastery located at 515 S. Scott Blvd., Suite 101, in Columbia, Missouri, founded by sisters-in-law Rachel Bryan and Danelle Prevette. The business began as a coffee roaster operating inside Donut D-Light before expanding into its own brick-and-mortar café, built around a vision of a welcoming space where families — including young children — could enjoy ethically sourced, single-origin coffee roasted fresh daily. In addition to dine-in and takeout service, Toasty Goat ships beans nationwide and offers free in-town delivery, with a mission centered on building authentic community through outstanding, highly traceable coffee.
