Rūhe Coffee Co. is a locally owned coffee shop located at 63 Progress Lane in Linn, Missouri, founded by owners Matt and Freda Yutzy, who soft-opened the business on March 1, 2025, after identifying a need for a quality coffee shop in their community. The name “Rūhe” is derived from the German word for rest or calm, reflecting the shop’s welcoming atmosphere. The café serves locally roasted coffee sourced from Ozark Coffee in Sedalia, alongside homemade sauces and syrups, fresh-baked goods, and food items, all in a comfortable space with free Wi-Fi and ample seating.
