Course Coffee Roasters

Course Coffee Roasters is a micro coffee roastery and full-service coffee bar located at 1218 N. 2nd Street in the historic Frenchtown district of Saint Charles, MO. Founded in 2017 by co-owners Brandon and Sarah Runk and Andrew Mueller, the business began by crafting custom roasts for local businesses and selling coffee at the St. Charles Farmers’ Market before opening its brick-and-mortar location in January 2020. The roastery specializes in single-origin, globally sourced coffees and is known for its community-centered atmosphere, local collaborations with businesses such as Third Wheel Brewing and Wenwood Farm Winery, and a welcoming space that brings coffee lovers together.
