Founded by Russ and Shelley, who left corporate careers to pursue their passion for natural, health-conscious living, the business opened in April 2023 with a mission to provide ethically sourced, locally roasted coffee — using beans from Foxen Coffee Co. — alongside small-batch, house-brewed kombucha made with organic ingredients and homemade syrups.
