Telva at The Ridge

Telva at the Ridge is a Balkan-inspired café and coffee shop located inside Rolling Ridge Nursery at 60 N. Gore Avenue in Webster Groves, Missouri, opened in January 2024 by the family behind the acclaimed Balkan Treat Box. The counter-service café serves wood-fired flatbreads, pastries, tartines, soups, salads, and a full coffee bar featuring traditional Bosnian coffee alongside specialty lattes, with all coffee sustainably sourced from La Cosecha Roasters in Maplewood. A five-time James Beard Award semifinalist and 2025 finalist, Telva operates as part of Webster Groves’ Green Dining District, composting food waste, using an all-electric kitchen, and growing herbs and grape leaves on-site.
