Maple Moose Coffee and Pop Shop

Maple Moose Coffee and Pop Shop is a family-owned café located at 1605 Annafeld Parkway East, Suite 101, in Billings, Montana, opened in February 2023 by husband-and-wife team Scott and Carla Brownson as the first business in the Annafeld Marketplace development. The shop serves quality espresso drinks, specialty flavored sodas from a custom soda foundation, Wilcoxson’s Ice Cream, Proof Donuts, and homemade baked goods, along with a rentable meeting space and live events. Built on a mission of community connection, the shop serves as a welcoming gathering spot for neighbors of all ages — including local kids after school — embodying the Brownsons’ vision of creating a place of belonging, comfort, and joy in Billings.
