Roly-Poly Coffee Co. is a specialty coffee roaster and café founded by brothers Taylor and Gavin Wallace, with roots that trace back to a mobile espresso bar built into the back of a classic Ford Bronco. The shop, originally known as Partner Coffee before a rebrand, now operates two brick-and-mortar café locations in Bozeman, MT — with its original “OG Café” at 528 N. Broadway Ave — serving specialty espresso drinks, pour overs, kolaches, and house-roasted beans packaged in recyclable aluminum cans. Beyond the cafés, Roly-Poly offers a mobile espresso bar service for weddings, festivals, and events across the north and southwest.
