Originally launched with a drive-thru location at Butte’s industrial park in 2023 and a food truck, The Local expanded to its permanent Uptown home inside the historic Cleveland Building at 39 E. Galena Street — a 1916 structure that sat vacant for 40 years before being revitalized as The Cleveland Market. The business is committed to bringing fresh, balanced, and health-conscious dining options to Uptown Butte while fostering a sense of community within the broader market, which features several local retailers and food vendors under one roof.
