The Bird & Billy

The Bird & Billy is a family-owned coffee house, bakery, and café located at 149 S Main St in downtown Kalispell, Montana, operated by the Nuila family — Gary, Thomas, and Robbie — who draw inspiration from extensive travels through Europe to craft their menu of fresh-baked baguettes, bocadillo-style sandwiches, and pastries. The shop hand-roasts its own single-origin coffee beans in small batches and prides itself on using high-quality ingredients to create a warm, welcoming gathering place that the owners describe as “the city’s living room.”
