The shop’s name honors 1893, the year Havelock was founded as its own town, and its branding pays tribute to the area’s railroad heritage — including a signature drink called the “710 Breve,” named after a historic locomotive built in Havelock. Founded by Ben and Claire Thomason, the shop is a beloved neighborhood gathering spot known for its modern farmhouse aesthetic, homemade syrups, and deep roots in the local community.
