Myrtle&Cypress Coffeehouse

Myrtle & Cypress Coffeehouse is a community-focused specialty coffee shop established in 2018 in the Gifford Park neighborhood of Omaha, Nebraska, with locations at 517 N. 33rd Street and 7023 Cass Street inside the Omaha Conservatory of Music. Founded by Lisa and Eric Purcell and Megan and Brandon Sperry, the shop is rooted in a mission to serve as a welcoming gathering space for the neighborhood, offering Omaha’s only air-roasted coffee alongside specialty espresso drinks, teas, gluten-free baked goods, house-made alternative milks, and Ted & Wally’s Ice Cream. Connected to the faith community Rooted Way, Myrtle & Cypress was built with the flourishing of Gifford Park residents in mind, emphasizing diversity, wellness, and genuine community connection.
