Rally Coffee Co. is a locally owned specialty coffee shop and in-house roaster located at 749 N. 14th St. in North Downtown Omaha, Nebraska, open daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Founded by Ian Wiese — formerly the Director of Coffee at Beansmith Coffee — the shop was built on a commitment to quality-focused roasting, offering espresso drinks, batch brew, house-made syrups, and a small food menu in a clean, modern 1,200-square-foot space. In addition to its café, Rally roasts and ships fresh coffee every Wednesday, making its beans available to customers well beyond Omaha.
