Dark Moon Coffee Roasters is a locally owned, family-run specialty coffee roaster and café founded in 2019 by Henderson native Kyle Porterfield, whose background includes over eight years in Forbes 5-star hospitality at the Wynn Las Vegas. Located at 11041 S. Eastern Ave. in Henderson, NV, the shop is known for its meticulous sourcing, in-house roasting, and small-batch cold brew program, and was named Best Coffee Shop in Nevada by *Food & Wine* magazine. Their roasted beans and cold brew cans are also available at local Sprouts and Whole Foods locations throughout the Las Vegas valley.
