Evergreen Coffee

Evergreen Coffee is a community-driven specialty coffee shop founded in 2022 by partners Lovely Mempin and Lucas Bulau, located at 40 N. Valle Verde Drive, Suite 100, in Henderson, Nevada. Born out of the pandemic-era desire to rebuild a sense of community, the shop operates as a “third place” rooted in the slow coffee movement — sourcing beans from local Las Vegas roasters such as Vesta, Dark Moon, and Yaw Farm, and offering a seasonal, multicultural menu of handcrafted pastries and artisanal bites. Guided by their “Evergreen Ethos,” the shop is deeply committed to sustainability, fair wages for staff, no-food-waste practices, and supporting local small businesses and neighbors throughout the Henderson and greater Las Vegas Valley community.
