Aspire Coffee House

Aspire Coffee House is a health-focused, locally owned coffee shop founded in February 2020 by co-founders Lindsi Lillis and Mandie Gilbert, originally launched as a pop-up trailer before establishing a permanent home at the Skye Canyon Community Center (10111 W. Skye Canyon Park Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89166) in July 2021. Driven by a mission to help people live happier, healthier lives, the shop serves locally and organically sourced coffee, house-made organic syrups with no refined sugar, superfood lattes, nitro cold brews, and keto, vegan, and gluten-free options — all served in eco-friendly packaging. Open to the public and pet-friendly, Aspire Coffee House has become a community staple in the Skye Canyon neighborhood, hosting live music on weekends and offering both indoor and outdoor patio seating.
