Dig It! Coffee Co. is a social enterprise coffee shop located at 1300 S. Casino Center Blvd. in the Arts District of Downtown Las Vegas, serving locally roasted coffee alongside creative beverages and light bites. Founded by Taylor Gardner Chaney — inspired by her younger sister born with Down syndrome — the business grew out of The Garden Foundation, a Las Vegas-based nonprofit, and began as a job training program before expanding to pop-up events and opening its brick-and-mortar location in September 2022. The shop is committed to promoting inclusivity by providing competitive-wage employment and workforce mentorship for adults with disabilities.
