Take It Easy Roasters is a locally owned, family-operated specialty coffee roastery and Colombian bakery located at 3540 S. Wynn Road in Las Vegas’s Chinatown neighborhood, just minutes from the Strip. Founded on July 15, 2020, by the family behind the popular Las Vegas brunch chain Makers & Finders, the café roasts its beans fresh weekly, sourcing from top coffee-producing countries including Colombia, Ethiopia, and Kenya. In addition to its curated lineup of espresso and specialty drinks, Take It Easy Roasters offers traditional Colombian baked goods such as empanadas, pandebono, and pan con queso, making it a distinctive destination for both coffee enthusiasts and food lovers alike.
