Witching Hour Coffee | Roastery & Workshop is a women-owned, family-run small-batch coffee roastery located at 633 Maple St, Suite #5, in Hopkinton, NH, founded by Alyssa McKeon and Luke Simon after relocating to the Contoocook area in 2018 with a mission to serve their local community. The roastery specializes in organic, fair-trade, and Rainforest Alliance certified coffees packaged in compostable bags, and prioritizes partnering with other women-owned and U.S.-made companies. Alongside coffee, the business expanded into Witching Hour Provisions, a retail café and refill station offering eco-friendly bulk products, homemade baked goods, and handcrafted goods — all rooted in a commitment to sustainability and reducing single-use plastic in the community.
