William & Sons Coffee Co. is an independent coffee roaster and café founded by Jonathan Hutchins, who originally launched the boutique roasting company in Porto Alegre, Brazil — naming it as a nod to his father’s legacy — before opening its first New Hampshire location on Manchester’s West Side at 489 Amory Street in May 2023. The company has since expanded to multiple locations, including 814 Elm Street in downtown Manchester and 72 Washington Street in Concord, NH. Rooted in a mission of community service and direct-trade sourcing, William & Sons works closely with farmers to ethically source green coffee beans and deliver what it calls “transformational gratitude experiences” from seed to cup.
