Union Coffee Company

Founded in 2015 by brothers Derek and Paul Fimbel, Union Coffee Company is a café and in-house roastery located at 42 South Street, just off the historic Milford oval in Milford, New Hampshire. The shop sources single-origin beans roasted weekly on-site, and is known for its warm, community-centered atmosphere, friendly staff, and regular live music and open mic events. Union Coffee is committed to supporting local artists and businesses while serving as a welcoming gathering place for the Milford community.
