Colias Cafe is a European-inspired neighborhood coffee shop located at 391 Broad Street in Bloomfield, NJ, opened in August 2024 by founder and owner Jackie Spiteri — a Bloomfield resident originally from Malta who pursued her lifelong dream of opening a cafe after 24 years as a stay-at-home mom. The cafe serves specialty coffee drinks, seasonal lattes, homemade sandwiches, and fresh pastries in a cozy, minimalist space with outdoor seating, and is known for its warm hospitality, community-centered atmosphere, and commitment to sustainability through compostable packaging.
