The Little Local is a cozy, community-focused coffee shop located at 519 Adams Street in Hoboken, NJ, founded in 2019 by husband-and-wife team Peter and Sophie Malkmus. At just 365 square feet, the café serves quality coffee sourced from Jersey City roaster Modcup, along with seasonal specialty drinks and pastries from local Hoboken bakery Choc•O•Pain. True to its name, The Little Local is deeply committed to supporting the surrounding community — partnering with neighboring small businesses for everything from furniture and plants to baked goods, and displaying work from local artists on its walls.
