The Collective Brew

The Collective Brew is a Nepali tea café located at 198 Van Vorst Street in downtown Jersey City, NJ, operating as the first U.S. location of Nepal Tea Collective — a brand founded in 2016 with a mission to source organic teas directly from over 1,800 farmers across 19 farms worldwide, returning 1% of all sales back to those farmers. The café opened in late March 2026, offering a menu of organic loose-leaf teas, coffee, matcha, chai, and traditional Nepalese momo dumplings, alongside community-focused “sober hours” featuring discounted blended tea drinks from 4–7 PM on select days.
