Trifecta Coffee Company

Founded in 2015, Trifecta Coffee Company is a locally owned coffee roastery, bakery, and coffee bar located at 413 Montano Rd NE in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Co-founded by Thomas and Lee — who together bring over 30 years of experience in the coffee industry — the shop is built on a from-scratch philosophy, crafting everything in-house from syrups and baked goods to their own roasted beans and even filtered, remineralized brewing water. Beyond their coffee bar offerings, Trifecta has expanded into small-batch chocolate production, sourcing single-origin couverture from Guatemala to support sustainable economic opportunities at origin, and hosts an annual Coffee Trust Fundraiser reflecting their commitment to community engagement.
