Chicky’s Coffee

Chicky’s Coffee is a small-batch specialty coffee roaster and café established in 2019, located at 240 S. Camino del Pueblo in Bernalillo, New Mexico. Founded by owner Sheri Knight, who began roasting coffee at home before turning her passion into a business, the shop roasts single-origin and specialty beans from around the globe in-house, offering a full café menu alongside whole beans for purchase. A beloved community hub, Chicky’s has earned a loyal local following for its warm atmosphere, transparent roasting process, and commitment to quality — and has even expanded its footprint with the nearby restaurant 200 Social House.
