Hikers Coffee Co. LLC is a family-owned coffee and ice cream shop located at 337 E. 9th Street in Cimarron, New Mexico, founded by the Warner family and opened on October 1, 2020, after relocating from Houston and converting the town’s former art gallery into a welcoming café. Rooted in a love of the outdoors and faith, the shop serves a diverse menu of specialty coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, ice cream, and pastries, and has quickly become a community gathering spot for locals, hikers, and visitors heading to or from nearby Philmont Scout Ranch and the surrounding wilderness. The Warners also operate the adjacent Hikers Cimarron Inn & RV Park across the street, further establishing the family as a cornerstone of the Cimarron hospitality community.
