Pivot Coffee

Pivot Coffee is a small-batch roastery and espresso stand located inside Bread Shop at 1703 Lena St in Santa Fe, NM, open Tuesday through Saturday from 9am to 3pm. Founded by Matt Pierson — whose path to the business began with repairing espresso equipment around Santa Fe — Pivot grew from weekend pop-ups on Bread Shop’s back patio into a permanent fixture in the bakery. The shop roasts locally, sources thoughtfully, and serves coffee in handmade ceramic cups made by neighboring studio Whiskey + Clay, making it a proud part of Lena Street’s creative, community-centered corridor.
