The Coffee Apothecary

The Coffee Apothecary is a specialty coffee shop and in-house roaster located at 616 Paseo Del Pueblo Sur in Taos, New Mexico, founded by co-owners Pablo and Lydia McHaley. The shop sources beans ethically through direct trade with small farms in countries like Ethiopia, Guatemala, and Colombia, and crafts all syrups from natural ingredients — no artificial additives. In addition to artisanal espresso drinks, they carry pastries from local bakery Sweet Sol Baking and organic tea from Tea.o.graphy, supporting fellow Taos small businesses.
