Notes Coffee House is a music-themed independent coffee shop located at 830 Perry Road inside Rock ‘n’ Roll High School in Apex, NC, owned and operated by local resident Ramona Cox, who channeled her background in the music industry into her passion for coffee. The shop partners with Larry’s Coffee to serve specialty drinks, including signature music-inspired lattes like the Purple Rain (blackberry and lavender) and The Elvis (chocolate, banana, and peanut butter), alongside seasonal kombucha and cold brew on tap. A member of the Apex Chamber of Commerce, Notes Coffee House has become a beloved neighborhood gathering spot known for its warm atmosphere, quality craft beverages, and strong ties to the local community.
