Peak City Coffee is a small-batch specialty coffee roaster and distributor based in Apex, NC, founded by Mike and Shelly Lammon and located at 1600 Olive Chapel Road. The company sources, develops, and roasts high-quality beans for direct-to-consumer sales, subscriptions, and wholesale accounts serving offices, restaurants, hotels, and cafés across North Carolina.
