High Noon Coffee Roasters is a woman-owned, small-batch specialty coffee roastery located at 191 Charlotte Street in Asheville, NC, founded by Anna Beth, who relocated from Georgia and earned a roasting certificate and apprenticeship before launching the business. Using a German-made Probat roaster, High Noon roasts coffee one batch at a time with a fully hands-on, craft approach — no automated controls — allowing Anna Beth to tailor roast profiles for each collaboration. The roastery supplies beans to local restaurants, shops, and hospitality venues throughout Asheville, including a custom blend featured at The Rise Coffee Bar inside The Restoration Hotel.
